How we price research sessions, written commissions, and educational briefings.
Pricing overview
Our fees reflect the research time, preparation, and delivery format for each engagement. All prices are quoted in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable. We provide a written quote before any work begins.

Additional factors
Several variables affect the final quote:
- Scope breadth: Multi-topic briefings covering more than one subject area are priced from £395
- Turnaround: Standard delivery applies to bookings made at least five working days in advance. Rush requests (under 48 hours) carry a 40% surcharge
- In-person delivery: Sessions at our Manchester office are included at the standard rate. Travel to other UK locations is quoted separately
- Follow-up rounds: One email follow-up is included with briefings. Additional research rounds are charged at £85 per hour
Written materials
Standalone written reports without a live session start at £350 for up to 3,000 words. Longer commissions are quoted based on scope and research depth.
Payment
We invoice after scope confirmation and before research begins. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date by bank transfer. We do not process card payments on this website.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session receive a full refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.
