Refund Policy

Overview

This policy explains when refunds are available for research sessions and written commissions booked through Solana Research Library Ltd.

Eligibility for full refund

You are entitled to a full refund if:

  • You cancel more than 48 hours before a scheduled research session
  • We cancel a session due to researcher unavailability and cannot reschedule within a reasonable timeframe
  • We fail to deliver a commissioned written report within the agreed timeline by more than five working days, and you choose to cancel rather than wait

Partial refunds

A partial refund (50% of the session fee) applies if:

  • You cancel between 24 and 48 hours before a scheduled session
  • You cancel after research preparation has begun but before the session takes place (we will confirm preparation status upon request)

Non-refundable items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time
  • No-shows without prior notice
  • Completed sessions and delivered written summaries or reports
  • Rush delivery surcharges once research preparation has commenced
  • Deposits for custom commissions where work has already started, proportional to work completed

Written commission refunds

For written reports and network analysis commissions:

  • Full refund if cancelled before research begins (confirmed by us in writing)
  • If research is underway, refund is calculated as the unused portion of the agreed fee based on work completed
  • Delivered reports are non-refundable

Refund process

  1. Email hello@workspace-lagooncore.click with your booking reference and reason for cancellation
  2. We confirm eligibility within two working days
  3. Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days
  4. Refunds are returned to the original payment method (bank transfer to the account used for payment)

Rescheduling

You may reschedule a session once at no charge if requested more than 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 48 hours is treated as a cancellation under the terms above, followed by a new booking.

Disputes

If you believe a refund has been incorrectly denied, contact us at hello@workspace-lagooncore.click. We aim to resolve disputes within 10 working days. If unresolved, you may seek remedies under UK consumer protection law.
